Dental Associates provides every dental specialty throughout our network of clinics in Wisconsin. Below is an overview of what we offer, either at this clinic or one of our nearby clinics. (Remember, as a Dental Associates patient you only need to register once as a new patient, then you can be seen at any of our clinics without the need to register again.)
General Dental Exams: Visiting your dentist and hygienist twice per year will reduce the risk of tooth decay. Visit this section to learn about the preventative and restorative care we provide, such as fillings, crowns, and bridges.
Pediatric Dental Exams: We provide complete family dentistry and start providing exams by your baby’s first birthday. We also offer sealants and fluoride treatment.
Orthodontics: The greatest “continuity of care” we offer is the ability for our general dentist to collaborate with our orthodontists to assure the best outcomes. We offer all braces, from traditional braces with colored bands to clear aligners from Invisalign.

Our Glendale dental clinic is conveniently located at 5780 North Port Washington Road at Bayshore Mall. Since our clinic is a part of the overall shopping mall, here are some simple instructions to make your arrival as simple as possible.
Bayshore sits on the northeast corner of Silver Spring Drive (the east/west street) and Port Washington Road (the north/south street).
Our clinic faces Port Washington Road and I-43.
Parking
There is free parking available in the lot right outside our door or in the ramp to our south.

From the North
- If you’re at the corner of Silver Spring Drive and Port Washington Road, head north on Port Washington Road.
- Pass the first street entrance to Bayshore.
- Pass the parking deck entrance to Bayshore.
- Turn right at the third entrance to Bayshore.
- Take the first left once inside the Bayshore grounds.
- Our entrance is in the second building on the right, and parking is adjacent on the left. If that lot is full, you can also park for free in the parking deck to the south.
From the South
- Pass the first street entrance to Bayshore (Culver’s).
- Pass the second street entrance to Bayshore (Target/Total Wine).
- Take a left at the third entrance to Bayshore, the stop light Town Center Way (Cheesecake Factory).
- Take the first right inside the Bayshore grounds.
- Our entrance is up on the left and parking is on the right. If that lot is full, you can also park for free in the parking deck to the south.
