Patients can now park at The Shops of Grand Avenue parking structure for up to two hours* and Dental Associates will validate your parking ticket.

Dental Associates' downtown Milwaukee dental center is located in the Iron Block Building at the corner of Water Street and E. Wisconsin Avenue. Our street address is:

To get free parking, follow these simple steps:

Park in The Shops of Grand Avenue structure on Plankinton Avenue between Wisconsin and Michigan Avenues.

Be sure to bring your parking ticket with you!
Enter The Shops of Grand Avenue on the second level and head east (to the right) towards the skywalk.
The skywalk leads into the Chase Tower building. Once you’re in the lobby, take the escalators on the left down to the first level and exit the building onto Wisconsin Avenue.
Our clinic is to your right (east) on the opposite corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Water Street.
When you check in to your appointment, present your parking structure ticket to our front desk staff, and they will validate your parking.

Below are some other parking options near our downtown Milwaukee clinic. Please note, we do not validate or reimburse for the following options.

Iron Block Building Street Parking

Street parking is available on Water Street, Wisconsin Avenue, and around the block on North Broadway. Parking is metered, generally limited to two hour maximums, and is paid at terminals on the streets. We do not reimburse for metered parking fees.

Other Parking Ramps Near the Iron Block Building

There are several parking ramps within walking distance of the Iron Block Building, but the three mentioned below are the most convenient. Please note: we do not validate parking from these ramps. If you choose to park at one of these ramps, you will be responsible for the parking fees.

Parking options for Dental Associates downtown Milwaukee.

Once parked...

Go to Level 2 inside the parking garage to access the skywalk to the Chase Tower (NOTE: there’s also a level called L2... you want Level 2, not L2)
From Level 2, talk the skywalk across Michigan Street into the Chase Tower
Once inside the Chase Tower, keeping walking north until you reach the elevator or escalators (off the left) on the far north end of the building. Take the elevator or escalator to the first floor
Exit the Chase Tower on Wisconsin Avenue and turn right (east). The Iron Block Building is across Water Street on the southeast corner
Enter our clinic through the far east door along Wisconsin Avenue
