Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Dr. Kling examined my tooth, explained very clearly that the tooth needed to be extracted, I would be placed on 10 days of antibiotics. He said that in about three months, I can have an implant. He was very clear on everything.

Dr. Kling has great bedside manner and informs me on everything he is doing. I have had my issues with dental visits in the past with breathing and stress but I dont have any of that with Dr. Kling and his support staff.

I had several concerns, each was covered and explained very well, The fact that my anxiety level was very high, Dr. Kling took extra time in making sure that I was numbed up and that I could stop him at any time if I felt uncomfortable! Was Also concerned that they were taking the correct tooth out, So they went over the x-rays with me to confirm and put me at ease. Another concern I had was I have a cracked filling and wanted to move my appointment to a later Appointment, And Dr. Kling explained the pros and cons to me.

I LOVE Dr. Kling! He is always super. Does a great job. He is so good at his job. I feel well taken care of. He always asks me if Im doing ok during procedure. Has a great sense of humor which helps. He even checked in on me later that evening. I will hate to have him retire one day!!

Dr Kling goes above and beyond by calling in the evening after procedures to see how Im doing, provided personal number in case I had problems or questions. Very attentive to my health needs. Dr Kling was wonderful. He communicated with me throughout the extraction process and frequently checked with me to make sure I wasnt feeling any pain. Dr Kling called me the night of the extraction to see how I was doing. I really appreciated that!

It was the greatest experience weve had with a dentist! He was very nervous about his procedure. They took things slow, showed so much compassion and educated us along the way. Even called later on in the day to check on how he was doing. I am so impressed and thankful for such genuine care of our son during a procedure he was very nervous about.

Considering what I needed done, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Dr. Kling was excellent at administering local anesthesia. almost painlessly. He was excellent at making sure it was adequate and adding more where needed. There was slight discomfort, in the form of pressure as he needed to move the tooth around, to loosen it. But, the only surprise came when he said what would you say, if I told you we were done?. After that, he took the time to show me where and why I was having problems. I left with a thorough understanding of what I needed to do next and who to contact if I had any complications during the healing process.

Dr. Kling is one of the most caring doctors I have ever encountered. My tooth needed to be pulled and it was very difficult ending in him referring me to Dr. Schmidt to pull. I cannot end singing his praises.
Dr. Kling is one of the most caring doctors I have ever encountered. My tooth needed to be pulled and it was very difficult ending in him referring me to Dr. Schmidt to pull. I cannot end singing his praises.

Was seeing Dr for a toot extraction. Being I have gag reflex, I was sedated. Greeted warmly and got into chair. Dr. asked if I would like additional pill which I took. that was last I remembered. So far 26 hours later no pain or issues. Rating based on what my wife said when they spoke with her as I was still out of it.

a piece of tooth broke off and they were able to get me in within 2 hours on a Friday with a different dentist. Dr. was very busy with 2 other surgeries going on but was able to fit me in and never made me feel like I was an inconvience or a bother. My concern doesnt spell from time spent with me or conversation, it more is around the fact that I had an issue with a tooth over the last couple of cleanings and was mentioned to both his dental assistant and him and neither addressed it only for my tooth to vertically split in half when eating rice and fall out! I felt like it could have been avoided by having it addressed over the past year but instead it wasnt and now I had to get part of the tooth built up, a crown and all that stuff! More money and time for me when I feel like it didnt have to happen potentially.

I had a tooth extracted on Tuesday afternoon. Dr. Kling called me that evening to see how I was doing. Although I wasnt able to answer the phone, he left me a voice mail expressing concern, and he told me that I could call back if needed. At that point, I didnt need to call him back. The tooth extraction was quick and virtually painless, and not much pain afterwards. Dr. Kling is an excellent dentist. He always answers all of my questions and discusses everything with me. He realizes that I, as the patient, have the final say on what gets done. He really seems to think through the procedure before going ahead with it, so I have been very confident with him throughout the last 1 1/2 years of procedures with my implants.

I was told by others that a place like this you will be 'just a number'... but honestly I did not feel that way at all... I am impressed by the organizational way they handle patients, and even though it is a much bigger facility than what I came from I still felt like I was getting the appropriate care and concern. I was scared to leave my dentist I had been a patient of for many, many years. But that fear quickly vanished the moment I walked in the door and greeted by your wonderful staff that assured me I had made the right choice. Thank you!

I arrived early & was seen early. Due to the treatment that was being done, it did take a long time to fix my tooth. Dr Kling kept checking with me to make sure I was OK. When I did start feeling discomfort, he applied extra numbing to cut the pain. I am very satisfied with Dr Kling & his staff. I prefer to drive the 26 miles to be treated than to change dentist.

Dental Associates staff went over everything and I got to help with decisions and what was best for my budget. Robyn went over everything with me and when I left, I felt good about the care I received and the plan of "attack" for my dental care.

It was very thorough and was able to give me opinions and referred to a specialist because he was up front and didn't know the best route for me to go. Very happy with service.

After review of insurance information, I noticed the copay seemed high. It was not until after I called back that I was informed that my insurance company didn't cover the white filling compared to the silver. I was told that the silver filling was bad

Always seems like the dentist is in a hurry because he is pulled between patients. I am fearful of error because he is not given the liberty to be personable with his patients and is hopping from chair to chair.
