As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.

I have no problem with the Doctor/Dentist.
She was knowedgeable and made me feel comfortable. I didnt have a cavity in the spot that I thought was one, but I did have one in another tooth. She was able to fill it the same day. There was no pain, and she made sure that my tooth was smooth and there were no bite problems.
She knew that I had not been to the dentist in many years because of an extreme phobia, and she was very gentle, and very kind
