Insurance
As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.

I would appreciate if every time I go for a visit, I get explanation of what is being done at that time, what the plan is moving forward, and what the expectations are when something is being done. I feel like I never get any information or explanation of what is being done unless I ask. I would like if the orthodontist devoted some time to explain procedures/changes to me and not just give instructions to the assistant and leaving.

My daughter gets shy around men BUT this male dentist was great with her! She seemed comfortable with him right away and is excited for her next appointment.
